Go to createpins.com/track-your-order.
Enter your order number or the email address you used when placing your order.
(Tip: Order numbers are case-sensitive!)

2. View Real-Time Updates

Once you click “Track My Order”, you’ll see detailed information, including:

• Product name and quantity

• Order status and production stage

• Estimated shipping date

• Last update time

• Tracking number and carrier (after shipment)

With this, you’ll always know exactly where your order stands — from design to delivery.

3. Download Customs Documents

Need a commercial invoice or packing list for customs clearance?
You can download both files directly from the tracking page once your order is ready for shipment.

Simply fill in your company and address details, preview the document, and click “Download” — it’s that easy.

4. Tracking by Email

If you prefer, you can also track your order using your email address.
Please note that email tracking shows only your most recent order. To view multiple or previous orders, use your order number.
