Thank you for choosing CreatePins for your custom enamel pins, keychains, coins, magnets, and more. We strive to deliver high-quality products crafted to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are carefully managed to ensure fairness, transparency, and satisfaction.

1 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

1.1 Custom Products
Because most of our products are made specifically to your artwork, they are typically not eligible for standard returns once production has begun. However, quality-based remedies are always available (see Section 2).

1.2 Proof of Purchase
To request any return, replacement, or refund, you must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Requests without valid proof may be delayed.

2 Quality Issues, Defects & Incorrect Orders

We inspect every order prior to shipment, but occasional errors happen. If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or incorrect design, here’s how CreatePins handles it:

2.1 Report Timeline
Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos, order number, and issue description. Late reports may not be eligible.

2.2 Resolution Options (Customer-friendly)

  • 🛠 Free Remake / Replacement
    If manufacturing defect or wrong design, we remake your order at no cost and ship replacements.
  • 🎫 Store Credit / Discount
    For minor inconveniences, we offer generous credit toward your next order.
  • 💵 Partial Refund
    When defects don’t fully compromise function, partial refund reflects issue severity.
  • 💯 Full Refund
    In rare cases where remaking isn’t feasible, a full refund is issued.

3 Cancellation & Changes Before Production

You may cancel or modify an order any time before production begins — full refund provided.

Artwork approval: If the proof hasn’t been approved, cancellation is free.

Production starts after final design approval. Rush orders may not be eligible for full cancellation once processing has started.

4 Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable unless affected by a verified defect:

  • Custom items once production has started
  • Orders already in manufacturing
  • Items lost due to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delivery delays caused by carrier

5 How to Submit a Request

Email us at hello@createpins.com

Subject: “Return/Refund Request – Order #[Your Order#]”

Include:

  • – Order number or invoice
  • – Clear photographs/video of the defect
  • – Brief description and requested resolution

Our team responds within 3–5 business days. If unresolved, use the complaint portal below.

6 Refund & Shipping Details

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to original payment method. Times vary by bank.

Shipping Costs (Quality Issues): For verified defects, we provide a prepaid return label or cover return shipping. Non-defect related returns are rare and shipping may be customer’s responsibility.
