Follow these best practices to ensure your artwork is production‑ready
Vector Preferred
AI, EPS, PDF vectors scale without quality loss. We also accept high‑res PNG / JPG (300 DPI).
Pantone & CMYK
Specify PMS colors for accurate enamel matching. If you don’t have them, we’ll suggest close matches.
Line Thickness
Minimum 0.3mm (0.012″) for metal lines. Thinner lines may break during production.
Size & Ratio
Design at 1:1 scale or larger. We’ll adjust for your desired pin size (0.75″ – 3″).
