Tips for A Clean Customs Clearance
- Spell the company name exactly as registered — mismatches cause holds

Do I need to email you to get an invoice?
No. The generator on this page produces your commercial invoice and packing list automatically from your order data. There is no request step and no approval queue — enter your order number and download.
Why is the invoice issued under “Raoin”?
Raoin is the parent company of CreatePins and the legal entity that fulfils your order. All invoices and packing lists are therefore issued under Raoin. This is expected and accepted by customs authorities.
What’s the difference between invoice and packing list?
The commercial invoice is the customs valuation document — it shows what was sold, the quantities, unit prices and total value. It’s used by customs to assess duties and taxes.
The packing list is the physical inventory of the box — what’s inside, how many, and how it’s packed. Customs and the carrier use it to verify the contents.

My order number isn’t found — what should I check?
Most lookup failures come down to one of these:
- Extra spaces or a copied
#symbol — enter digits only - Using the tracking number instead of the order number
- The order was placed under a different email address
- The order was placed very recently and hasn’t been processed yet
Double-check the number against your confirmation email and try again.
The preview looks broken or the layout is off
Try generating the documents on a desktop browser, then download the PDF. PDF previews can render incorrectly in some mobile browsers even though the downloaded file is correct.
Can I generate documents for an older order?
Yes. Any order in your account history can be looked up, and you can regenerate its documents as many times as you need — for example if a shipment is split or a replacement copy is requested.
Do I need to sign or stamp the invoice?
Most destinations accept the digitally generated document without a wet signature. A small number of countries still require a signature and company stamp — check your local customs requirements. If one is needed, print the PDF, sign and stamp it, then scan it back in.
Is my company information stored?
Company details are used only to render the documents you request on this page. They are not published or shared. You’ll re-enter them if you generate documents in a new session.
