How do I submit a quote request?
Start by submitting a request through our custom quote form. Choose your product (enamel pins, keychains, etc.) and fill in the details: size, quantity, plating, attachment, packaging, and your artwork. Alternatively, you can email us with all the required information – we’ll respond within 12 hours.
Why do I need to confirm my email?
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please reply with a short “Got it” – this helps your email provider recognize our address as safe, ensuring our future messages (including your quote) don’t end up in spam.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Our team reviews your request and sends a detailed quotation within 12 hours. If we need more information, we’ll reach out to ensure the price is accurate for your exact specifications.
What happens after I approve the quote?
Once you approve the quote and confirm the order, we create a digital mockup (production proof). For simple designs (AI, PSD, PDF), we proceed directly to mockup creation. For complex artwork (photos, sketches), we may request a down payment before preparing the artwork. You can request a full refund before mold production if you’re not satisfied with the mockup.
When does production start?
Production begins after the mockup is approved and the down payment is received. The first step is creating the metal mold for your design. Important: Once the mold is created, design changes are no longer possible and full refunds cannot be issued, as the mold is custom‑made for your order.
Can I track my order in real time?
Yes! After placing your order, you can monitor production status via our Order Tracking Page using your Order ID (invoice number starting with RY) or the email you used. This gives you full transparency into the manufacturing timeline.
What do I do when production is finished?
Our team will send you photos of the completed pins. You then approve the product photos, pay the remaining balance, and confirm the shipping address. Once these steps are completed, your order is shipped immediately.
What shipping information is required?
To avoid delays, ensure your shipping address includes: recipient’s full name, company name (if applicable), phone number, full street address with postal code, city, and state/province. Note: PO Boxes are not accepted. EU shipments require IOSS or VAT numbers.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your package ships, the tracking number appears in our order tracking system. Sometimes tracking may take 1–2 days to update because the package is first transferred to our shipping agent or handed to airline cargo – updates may only appear after arrival at the destination airport. Rest assured, our team monitors the shipment internally throughout.
How can I get a commercial invoice?
If you need a commercial invoice for customs or accounting, use our Commercial Invoice Generator. Enter your order ID and recipient information, and the system will generate the document instantly.
What if I have quality issues?
If you notice any issues, contact us within 7 business days after receiving the package. Submit a support case via our Customer Complaint Page. Our team will review the case and assist you according to our production tolerances and quality standards.
How do I reorder or share my experience?
We always appreciate feedback! After receiving your pins, you can leave a review and share photos. For future orders: use the Custom Quote Form for new designs, or the Reorder System for the same design. You can also contact your account manager directly to repeat previous orders quickly.
