Quick answers before you download.
Are these enamel pin design files really free?
Yes. Every file on this page is free to download and use, with no account or email required.
Do I have to order from CreatePins?
No. The templates are general guides. They are set up for our production process, so they work best when you order from us.
What file type do you prefer for enamel pin artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS) are preferred. We also accept PNG, PSD, PDF and JPG, and we can refine a sketch through our free design support.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions on the digital proof until you are fully satisfied, before production begins.
Is there a minimum order for custom enamel pins?
No. You can start with a single pin for your first batch. See how no-minimum ordering works.
I’m not a designer. Can I still use these files?
Yes. You can send a rough sketch, a photo or a PNG, and our team will turn it into pin-ready artwork through free design support.
What’s the difference between soft and hard enamel?
Soft enamel has a textured finish where the metal lines sit raised above the color. Hard enamel is polished flat and smooth. Both can be made in your chosen metal finish.
Will I see my pin before production starts?
Yes. You get a digital proof within 1–2 business days after we receive your files, and you can request unlimited edits before production begins. Simple vector designs also get a free mockup.
How long does it take to get my pins?
Production takes 2–3 weeks after design approval, or 8–10 days for rush orders, depending on the design. Standard shipping adds about 7–11 business days. See the production timeline.
Can I keep my design confidential?
Yes. You can sign our NDA before sharing any artwork, so your ideas stay protected.
